Breast implant surgery involves placing a silicone or saline implant in the breast, either under or above the muscle. In each case, the skin of the breast is then given the task of supporting that implant for the long run. Excessively large implants can actually stretch the skin prematurely. At Gayoso Plastic Surgery, we want your breast augmentation to look fabulous in the long run. That might mean choosing an implant that still fits your chest/breast measurements, but that does not try to push the envelope beyond.
