Breast Surgery

Your relationship to your breasts is yours to manage. We’re here to ensure that your vision comes to life in the healthiest way possible. Throughout his career, our surgeons have performed countless breast surgeries, including:

Facial Plastic Surgery

There’s no overstating the importance of feeling confident in your facial appearance. Our faces are literally our windows into the world–and, just as importantly, they are the world’s window into us. Whether you’re looking for a reconstructive procedure, a more youthful appearance, or a beautification procedure, we understand how delicate and crucial this work is. We are committed to working with you at every turn in order to bring about the results you’re dreaming of.

We have extensive experience with facial plastic surgery, and no matter how small or subtle your desired change might be, we recommend consulting with us about it. From brightening the skin to reducing the appearance of wrinkles, skin tags, jowls, and so much more, we offer a wide array of detailed procedures in order to help you put your best face forward.

Skin Care

The skin is the body’s largest organ, and caring for it is instrumental for not just a beautiful appearance, but for overall health and wellness. Healthy skin doesn’t just look younger: it feels younger, maintaining elasticity and texture for years to come.

Our MedSpa focuses on preventative and restorative skincare, purifying the skin of the countless toxins and contaminants to which it is exposed every day through professional-grade practices, including sun protection, moisturizing, cleansing, and exfoliation.

By offering dermatologist-tested and approved skincare procedures and products, we empower every patient to care for their skin as well as possible long after they’ve left our practice.

Body Contouring

Diet and exercise are fundamental hallmarks of a healthy lifestyle and should always be maintained, but they do not inherently guarantee you your dream figure. You don’t have to wield exercise as a weapon against self-image; it can–and maybe even should–exist in your life as a way to maintain physical and mental health, not as a means by which to “earn” an elusive perfect figure.

Our body contouring procedures allow you to get the look you want by repositioning your skin or fat deposits in order to help you achieve the figure you’ve always wanted. By targeting specific areas of your body instantly, it does what exercise can’t.

Laser Treatments

Cosmetic procedures don’t have to be surgical in order to be effective. Lasers are becoming an increasingly popular option for those who want noticeable results without the invasiveness and extensive recovery that come with surgery. Lasers can be used for a variety of purposes, including:

Botox Cosmetics

Botox is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures in the world, and for good reason. It helps the muscles in a specific part of the body (particularly the face) to relax, which makes it not just an extremely effective solution for wrinkle prevention, but also a means to reduce sweat, manage pain, and much more.

Botox can get a bad rap, typically being conflated with “overdone” celebrity faces and frozen expressions. The efficacy of Botox is undeniable, but the truth is that it can be an extremely subtle, natural-looking option for wrinkle reduction when administered responsibly and skillfully by an expert.

CoolSculpting® Elite

Fat is meant to last. It is the body’s major source of energy storage, meaning that one of its primary biological purposes is to remain intact in case of emergency. Targeting hard-to-budge fat deposits can be a difficult–if not altogether impossible–effort through regular exercise, but that doesn’t have to mean that they’re there to stay.

Coolsculpting procedures target specific fat deposits in the body and freezes them away within 4 to 16 weeks, delivering similar results to liposuction without the invasive surgical procedure and painful recovery. This means that patients can get back to their everyday routines relatively quickly without having to disrupt their work or leisure activities, all while reaping the benefits of a tried-and-true fat burning (or, rather, fat freezing) procedure.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are nonsurgical injectables with a consistency similar to gel that is injected into and under the skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin elasticity, and restore volume in the face. One of the reasons why fillers are so popular among patients is that their effects are not permanent.

Some fillers can be medically dissolved if the patient wants to reverse their procedure or simply wants to start back from scratch. It will also dissolve on its own from six months to two years of application, giving patients the appeal of not having to commit to a lifelong cosmetic alteration.

HydraFacial MD®

It’s time to nourish the skin you’re in with HydraFacial MD®. This one-of-a-kind facial will exfoliate, extract, and hydrate so you not only improve skin texture and appearance but also improve your skin’s health.

A HydraFacial MD® treatment is one of the most powerful non-invasive resurfacing treatments available. When comparing it to other non-invasive resurfacing treatments, like microdermabrasion, a HydraFacial is similar in its purpose but gentler in its approach. Like microdermabrasion, the goal of a HydraFacial is to remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. The difference between a microdermabrasion treatment and a HydraFacial MD® treatment is in the device. Microdermabrasion is essentially exfoliating away the top layers of your skin, while the HydraFacial device uses an exfoliation tip paired with patented vortex-fusion technology to deliver a three-step protocol. This approach offers gentler exfoliation without compromising remarkable results.

This innovative formula addresses concerns with texture, complexion, and hydration by infusing your skin with lasting moisture. Morpheus8 Radiofrequency Microneedling

As we age, collagen breaks down faster than we can create it. This loss of collagen leads to skin laxity, wrinkles, and dullness in the complexion. However, we have a very effective treatment to combat these signs of aging. Our Morpheus8 Radiofrequency Microneedling device is a minimally invasive bipolar radiofrequency (RF) treatment for the face, neck, and body. This device works by creating controlled wounds deep into the layers of the skin, which will prompt collagen and elastin growth. As a result, you can enjoy a more even texture and tighter and brighter skin!

At Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa, we love the Morpheus8 procedure because of its effective treatment and long-lasting effects. If you are considering this treatment for yourself, take a look at what our procedure can do for you.

PRX Derm Perfection Treatment

Looking for a game changer for your skin? Let us introduce the revolutionary PRX Derm Perfection Treatment, a non-injectable bio-revitalization process designed to provide skin optimization—without any downtime.

PRX Derm Perfection is not just a skincare treatment; it’s a way to rediscover your skin’s youthful glow. It is a non-injectable bio-revitalization process that smooths and tightens without the downtime of a chemical peel. PRX was created to treat scarring in children before it became an aesthetic treatment, so you can rest assured that it provides gentle but effective results. Instead of exfoliating away the top layer like other peels, this treatment acts within the tissues of your skin causing immediate skin beautification with little to no irritation or recovery time. If you’re looking for tighter, brighter skin with minimal to no downtime, this treatment could be the right match for you!

SkinPen

As we age, collagen and elastin break down, affecting our skin’s texture and shine. SkinPen is your solution to jumpstarting collagen and elastin production so you can enjoy firmer, smoother skin.

SkinPen is the only FDA-cleared medical-grade microneedling device designed for professional use and professional results. Our SkinPen procedure offers a non-surgical path to create a natural healthy glow by effectively breaking down damaged tissues, increasing healthy cell production, and remodeling the injured tissue. The innovative procedure uses microneedling to stimulate collagen production for smoother, plumper skin. It features a sterile, disposable needle cartridge that can be adjusted to your preferred treatment intensity and depth. This minimally invasive procedure is performed by our skilled and certified providers, who will tailor the treatment to your unique needs and aesthetic goals.
