Amy Watt, CST
Amy Watt, CST has been a member of Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa since 2017. She graduated in 2001 from Central Florida Institute with a specialized associate degree in surgical technology. Amy began her career assisting Dr. Gayoso and continues to do so today. With years of experience in the operating room, Amy provides exceptional surgical assistance to our surgeons. Amy enjoys spending time with her family on the water, either kayaking or relaxing at the beach. She is thrilled to continue her career in the specialty she has been passionate about for over 20 years.
Christina Procaccini, RN
Christina has been an RN since 2015. She started her nursing career in the Emergency Department and quickly realized the surgical setting was her passion. She has worked in all areas of surgery, but her favorite is the operating room. Christina is an advocate for her patients, and her compassion and positive attitude quickly puts them at ease. After moving to Florida, Christina joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in March 2021 but remains a Jersey girl at heart. Christina is a team player and truly enjoys lending a hand wherever she can. In her spare time, she loves all things health and fitness. If you have a conversation with Christina, her Peloton is likely to come up. She welcomed her first child into the world in February 2023 and he is the light of her life. She also enjoys cooking for her family, kayaking and boating with her husband, and going on walks with her two rescue pups, Duke and Daisy.
Kristine Secrest, RN
Originally from Massachusetts, Kris earned her BSN from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. She moved to Florida shortly after graduating and worked as a nurse for The Cleveland Clinic in Fort Lauderdale. She then transitioned to the surgical department where she became the nurse manager and fell in love with working in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. After 15 years with the Cleveland Clinic she then went to work for a surgeon in his private practice for 10 years.
After moving to St Petersburg in 2017 Kris worked for multiple surgery centers as a consultant aiding them their accreditation process. In 2021Kris came to GSP as part of the OR team. When not at work Kris loves to travel, cook and spend time at the beach with her family.
Victoria Ernst, CST
Victoria completed her degree in Surgical Technology at Trocaire College in 2021. Originally a Buffalo, NY native (GO BILLS), she made her way down to the sunshine state after graduation. Before joining the Gayoso Plastic Surgery team, Victoria worked for an eye/oculoplastic surgery center in Tampa, FL. When she’s not scrubbed into surgery, you can find Victoria at the beach soaking up the sunshine. She is often wearing Buffalo Bills apparel to represent her beloved team. If she’s not outside enjoying the Florida weather, she’s probably at home caring for her fur babies: Alvin and Bubbles. Victoria is excited to be a first-time mom in May 2023 to her beautiful daughter.

Diane Barnes, Practice Manager
Diane joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in May 2021 as our Practice Manager. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she moved to Florida in 1987 but remains a steadfast Packer fan. Diane is a highly motivated and passionate healthcare worker with nearly 40 years of direct nursing service and management of specialty clinics. She spent several years working in healthcare administration managing numerous Primary Care offices. Most recently, she was the Clinic Manager/Risk Manager for a large orthopedic practice with 22 physicians and 160 employees. Licensed in Healthcare Risk Management, she remains dedicated to patient safety, instilling the same sense of dedication to safety in all her employees. She enjoys traveling, embroidery, and spending time with her family.
Tammy Madaris, Surgical Coordinator
Tammy Madaris joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in July of 2006; She is the Surgical Coordinator at our office. As our Surgical Coordinator, you will meet with her after you consult with our surgeons. It is her goal to help you schedule your surgery; she works with you on dates that work best for you as well as the surgeon. She can tell you what to expect with your future appointments before and after your surgery day, go over the payment policies, and facilitate giving you scripts to have lab work, medical clearance, or an EKG if required. She enjoys helping patients and making them feel comfortable with the process. See you soon!
Nancy Banks, Patient Care Coordinator
Nancy joined our team at Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in June 2021 as someone who has worked extensively with plastic surgery. She has over 20 years of experience in the plastic surgery industry and nearly 30 years in the medical field. She is one of the two surgical coordinators you will meet with after seeing one of the surgeons. Nancy will be helping you coordinate scheduling your surgery every step of the way with a friendly smile.
She knows you will have questions and will answer those questions honestly and with integrity. Nancy loves traveling with her husband of 27 years, their son, daughter-in-law, and their two granddaughters. Being a native Floridian, she loves being outdoors, and if you don’t find her on the beach, you can find her escaping to the North Carolina mountains.
Becky Hill, Receptionist
Becky Hill joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in 2014; she is one of our receptionists. She is the sunny smile you see when you walk in our front door and the sweet voice you hear when you call our office. An avid outdoor person, her hobbies include running, biking, spending time on our beautiful beaches, traveling, and spending time with family and her fur baby. She is the mother of two and the grandmother to three wonderful children. She is deeply dedicated to our patients and works tirelessly to accommodate each patient’s scheduling requests.
Tiffany Travis, Receptionist
Tiffany joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in early 2022 as one of our receptionists. Tiffany graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a degree in Risk Management. She was born and raised in St. Petersburg and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, boating, and working out. Tiffany enjoys working for a practice that empowers patients to be the most confident version of themselves. You’re likely to have heard her over the phone while scheduling your appointments and collecting your payment for any injectables or lasers on your way out.
Gina Pollick, CoolSculpting Technician
Gina Pollick joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in 2015 as our medical assistant. In January 2018, she became our Coolsculpting Team Lead and has completed advanced training through Coolsculpting University. Under her efforts, our practice has grown to be a leading Coolsculpting® practice in the Tampa Bay Area. As an avid fan of helping people improve themselves, she brings enthusiasm and a love of plastic surgery to our office. Gina is married with two children and one grandchild. She is devoted to her furry family of three Yorkies and one Pomeranian, all rescues. Gina takes a personal interest in learning about each of our patients so that she can educate them about their procedures and help them understand what to expect before and after treatment.
Nicole Wallig, RN
Nicole Wallig, RN joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa as our clinic LPN in August 2018 and in June 2023 graduaded with her RN, BSN. Nicole brings more than ten years of plastic surgery office experience to our practice, having worked previously in a full-service plastic surgeon’s office in Iowa. Nicole has experience in many different medical office roles and finds her nursing duties to be among the most rewarding. She utilizes her nurturing and thoughtful side to help walk patients through the sometimes challenging and scary surgical process. Nicole and her children relocated to the Sunshine State, leaving behind the cold north and trading the snow for our wonderful beaches. She and her children enjoy exploring everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer. Nicole also loves caring for her two adorable dogs: Macaroni Ace and Monroe. Nicole is happy to answer any and all questions that you might have and finds fulfillment in the overall education process that she undergoes with our patients.
Ana Tabakovic, Medical Assistant
Ana joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery and Med Spa in April of 2022 and is the newest medical assistant to join our team. She has worked in healthcare since 2014 in various patient care roles. While she is new to the world of aesthetics, she has thrived in our practice and continues to increase her knowledge of our ever-changing specialty. When Ana is not helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, she enjoys spending time with her family and her Pomeranian, Winifred.
Jenn Peterson, Care Concierge
Jenn joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery & MedSpa in 2026 as a Care Concierge. With a background in customer service and management, she is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient. Jenn enjoys building relationships and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Jenn is proud to serve the community she has always called home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and children, relaxing by the pool, and supporting local businesses and events throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Carrie Kessinger, Licensed Facial Specialist, Licensed Electrologist, Laser Safety Officer
Carrie Kessinger is a dedicated medical aesthetician with a passion for helping patients look and feel their absolute best. She specializes in advanced skin rejuvenation treatments and takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans that enhance each patient’s natural beauty while maintaining healthy, radiant skin.
Carrie has received advanced training in medical-grade aesthetic procedures, including laser hair removal, IPL/BBL, Morpheus8, chemical peels, microneedling and customized skincare solutions. She believes that every patient deserves individualized care, taking the time to understand each person’s goals and educating them on the best treatment options to achieve lasting results.
Before transitioning into medical aesthetics, Carrie spent several years managing multiple physician practices, gaining extensive experience in patient care, healthcare operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Working closely with physicians and medical professionals strengthened her understanding of clinical excellence, safety, and compassionate care-principles that continue to guide her approach today.
Carrie is known for taking the time to educate patients about their treatment options, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed and confident throughout every step of their aesthetic journey.
