Dr. Frank Beninger is one of our partners and plastic surgeons at Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa. Board-certified in plastic surgery and fellowship-trained at the esteemed Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital in New York City, Dr. Beninger brings his unique talent and expertise to our office and the Tampa Bay Area. As a born and raised Canadian, Dr. Beninger was drawn to St. Petersburg for its eclectic style and waterfront living. Outside of the office, Dr. Beninger spends his time on the water kayaking, fishing, and enjoying the beautiful waterfront scenery that St. Petersburg so graciously offers.
